People regard each other in peculiar ways sometimes. Those ways can be influenced by different things. Socioeconomic conditions in industrial societies tend to curb the mentality of individuals to regard others in divisive ways. The worst part about it is the manner in which the system profits off of that division.

Stereotypes are nothing new but they do hinder individual progress. If an individual is hindered, then so is the group. Is there a way to eradicate this problem? If so, how?
